Courier safety is a top priority. If a courier feels unsafe at any point during a delivery, they must immediately disengage and contact Support for assistance.
Identify Safety Concern
Situations may include, but are not limited to:
- Feeling unsafe delivering to a specific location
- Concerns about meeting a customer or merchant
- Any environment that poses a risk to personal safety
Disengage Safely
- Do not proceed with the delivery if you feel unsafe.
- Move to a safe location, such as your vehicle or a public area.
Contact Support
- Access Support through the app by selecting Help.
- Clearly explain the situation and provide:
- Location details
- Order or route information
- Description of the safety concern
Follow Support Guidance
- The Support Team will assess the situation and provide next steps based on the circumstances.
- This may include:
- Removing the order from your route (if it has not yet been picked up)
- Providing alternative instructions
