Receiving a Delivery Offer
- Couriers will receive a push notification approximately 5 minutes before a Delivery Drop begins.
- Open the courier app and tap “Start” to go online.
- Once online, you will be eligible to receive route proposals during the Delivery Drop.
Route Proposal Process
During a Delivery Drop, couriers will receive multiple route offers. The following rules apply:
- First-Come, First-Served: Routes are claimed quickly and are assigned to the first courier who accepts
- Limited Response Time: Each proposal is available for a short period only
- Single Selection: Couriers may accept only one route per drop
Couriers should select the route that best aligns with their availability, location, and capacity.
Acceptance Guidelines
- Only accept routes you are able to complete in full
- Ensure you can meet all delivery requirements before accepting
- Accepted routes are expected to be completed from start to finish
Declining or Ignoring Routes
- Couriers may decline any route that does not fit their schedule or preferences
- If multiple offers are declined or ignored, the system may temporarily pause sending new route proposals, assuming the courier is unavailable
Best Practices
- Go online early to prepare for incoming Delivery Drops
- Review route details carefully before accepting
- Ensure all required certifications are up to date to maximize available opportunities
- Maintain reliability by completing all accepted deliveries
