PIN-required deliveries must never be left unattended. Completion of these deliveries requires direct interaction with the customer and verification through a four-digit PIN provided in person.
PIN-required deliveries may include age-restricted or sensitive items (e.g., alcohol, vape products, prescription medications), and must be handed directly to the customer after proper verification.
If the customer is not present and unable to provide the PIN:
- Do not leave the package unattended.
- Access Support through the app by selecting Help.
- Follow the instructions provided by the Support Team for next steps (e.g., return process).
Important Note:
The PIN must be obtained in person from the customer.
Do not accept the PIN over the phone under any circumstances.
Failure to follow PIN delivery protocols may result in account action, including suspension.
