Certain deliveries may require a return to the original pickup location. When applicable, return routes will be automatically assigned, and couriers will be compensated accordingly.
Return routes may be generated in situations including, but not limited to:
- PIN deliveries where the customer is unavailable to receive the order.
- Merchant-enabled returns, such as reusable bag collection.
Return Process
- If a return is required:
- A return route will automatically appear in the app after completing your other deliveries.
- Follow the route instructions in the app to return the package(s) to the designated merchant location.
- Couriers will receive additional compensation for completing return routes.
Return pay is calculated based on:
- Time required to complete the return
- Distance traveled during the return route
