Couriers must follow all drop-off procedures to ensure deliveries are completed accurately, securely, and in accordance with customer instructions.
Drop-Off Procedure
Begin Navigation
- Once all packages are scanned, use the app to:
- Open the map
- Navigate to the first delivery stop
Confirm Delivery Address
- Upon arrival:
- Verify the delivery address matches the app
- Check the confirmation box in the app before proceeding
Important: Delivering to an incorrect address may result in account deactivation.
Review Delivery Instructions
- Follow all customer-provided instructions, including:
- Specific drop-off locations (e.g., front door, side entrance)
- Handling requirements for perishable items
Scan the Package
- Match the package to the Order ID in the app.
- Scan the QR code:
- Green: Correct package
- Red: Incorrect package — recheck and scan the correct item
Customer Interaction
- When handing off the order:
- Introduce yourself
- Reference the merchant name, not Trexity
- Example: “Hi, I’m [Your Name], here with your order from [Merchant Name].”
Delivery Completion Standards
- Deliver packages directly to the customer’s door whenever possible.
- Do not leave packages unattended in common areas unless required.
Condo/Apartment Deliveries
- Deliver to the unit door whenever access is available.
- If access is unavailable:
- Attempt to contact the customer through the app
- If no response: Leave the package in a safe, secure location (e.g., lobby, concierge, mailroom).

Delivering to an incorrect address may result in a decrease in your loyalty status or account deactivation.
