PIN deliveries require in-person verification using a 4-digit PIN. These deliveries must be handed directly to the recipient and cannot be completed without proper validation.
PIN Procedure
Verify Address and Scan Packages
- Confirm the delivery address matches the app.
- Scan all packages:
- Green: Correct package
- Red: Incorrect package — recheck and scan the correct item
Request the PIN
- Ask the customer for the 4-digit PIN.
- If the customer is unsure:
- The PIN is typically the last 4 digits of the phone number used to place the order.
Enter and Verify the PIN
- Input the PIN into the app to validate the delivery.
- If the PIN is invalid:
- Do not complete the delivery
- Contact Support via the app for assistance
In-Person Verification Requirement
- The PIN must be obtained directly from the customer in person.
- Do not accept the PIN via:
- Phone call
- Text message
- If no one is available to provide the PIN, contact Support for next steps.
Age-Restricted Deliveries (If Applicable)
- For deliveries containing alcohol or regulated items:
- Request valid government-issued photo ID
- Confirm the customer meets the legal age requirement
- Do not release the package without both:
- Valid PIN
- Proper ID verification
