A red scan indicates that the package being scanned does not match the assigned order. Couriers must verify package details before proceeding.
Identify the Issue
At Pick-Up / Drop-Off:
- If a package scan appears red, this indicates the package is incorrect or not associated with your assigned route.
- Review the order information in the Trexity Driver App, including:
- Route ID
- Order ID
- Customer name
- Address
- If the package you are scanning does not match the details in the app, identify and select the correct package that matches the order information.
- A valid package will scan green, confirming it matches your assigned delivery.
Important Note:
Couriers must ensure all packages are correctly scanned before leaving the pickup and drop-off location.
Do not proceed with pickup or drop-off if the package continues to scan red.
