Photo Proof of Delivery is the primary method for confirming delivery completion. Couriers must ensure all photos are clear, accurate, and properly document the delivery location.
Photo Proof of Delivery Procedure
Verify Delivery Address
- Confirm the address in the app matches the physical location (house/building number).
- Do not proceed if the address cannot be verified.
Scan Packages
- Scan all packages using the app:
- Green: Correct package
- Red: Incorrect package — recheck and scan the correct item
Review Delivery Instructions
- Follow all customer-provided instructions, such as:
- Specific drop-off location (e.g., side door, cooler)
- Delivery preferences (e.g., do not ring doorbell)
Place the Package
- Position the package:
- Flat and secure near the door
- Without blocking the entrance
- Do not leave packages in public or shared areas unless:
- Approved by the customer
- Directed by Support
Capture Required Photos
- Take two (2) photos:
- Photo 1: Package placed at the delivery location
- Photo 2: Visible house or unit number
Photo Requirements:
- Clear and in focus (not blurry)
- Well-lit
- Show package and surroundings
- Clearly display the correct location
Delivery Location Standards
- Deliver to the house door whenever possible.
- For condos/apartments:
- Deliver to the unit door if access is available
- Deliveries to lobbies, concierge, or mailrooms are permitted if access to the unit is not available.
Important Note:
Do not include the customer in any delivery photos.
Always knock or ring the doorbell to notify the customer, unless otherwise instructed.
