Important Note: Packages must meet the following weight and size limits: 16 kg and 50 × 30 × 30 cm. If you encounter a package that exceeds these limits, please contact the Support team via chat for assistance.
Pick-Up Procedure
Navigate to the Business
- After accepting a route, review the route details in the app.
- Select “Open in Maps” to navigate to the pickup location.
Follow Business Instructions
- Review all merchant-specific instructions provided in the app.
- Examples may include:
- Picking up from a designated area (e.g., loading bay, back entrance)
- Ringing a doorbell upon arrival
- Parking in a specific location
- Adhering to these instructions ensures a smooth and efficient pickup.
Identify Yourself
- Upon arrival:
- Introduce yourself as a Trexity courier
- Provide the route number associated with the pickup
- Example: “Hi, I’m [Your Name] with Trexity, here to pick up route [Route ID].”
Scan Packages
- Use the app to scan the QR code on each package.
- A successful scan will display a green confirmation.
- Only collect packages that have been successfully scanned.
If issues occur:
- Missing label: Inform the merchant that a label is required
- Scanning issues: Attempt to rescan
- If unresolved, contact Support via the app for assistance

- The app should be used throughout the pickup process for:
- Navigation
