Draft orders allow you to save deliveries in progress and return to them later before posting. You can view and manage all draft orders directly from your Merchant Portal.
How to View Draft Orders
- Log in to your Trexity Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Routes
- Select Drafts to view all of your draft routes and orders
- Use the search and filter options to quickly find what you need:
- Search by route ID or order ID
- Filter by status, date, or order ID
Good to know:
Draft orders remain saved until you post or delete them, making it easy to pause setup and complete deliveries when you’re ready.
