You can update the recipient’s name, phone number, or email as long as the order has not gone live.
Updating Contact Details:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Locate the order and click Edit.
- Go to Delivery Information.
- Update the recipient’s contact details.
- Click Confirm Delivery to save your changes.
Important Note:
- After making changes, you must re-download and reprint the label.
- Click Download Label and attach the updated label to the package.
- Do not use the old label once contact details have been changed.
