The Gift Option controls whether tracking notifications are sent to the recipient in addition to the sender.
You can enable or disable this option at any time before the order is scheduled or posted.
Enabling Gift Options
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Open the order and click Edit.
- Scroll to Options.
- Select the Gift Option checkbox.
- Confirm the delivery to save changes.
When enabled, tracking notifications will be sent to the recipient via email and SMS.
Disabling Gift Options
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Open the order and click Edit.
- Scroll to Options.
- Deselect the Gift Option checkbox.
- Confirm the delivery to save changes.
When disabled, tracking notifications will only be sent to the sender (if applicable).
