It depends on the route status.
Scheduled Routes (Not Yet Live)
Yes — you can update the address as long as the route has not gone live.
Updating a Scheduled Order:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Routes > Scheduled.
- Select the order you want to update.
- Click Edit > Delivery Information.
- Update the address and click Save.
After updating an address, re-download and reprint the label to reflect the change.
Live Routes (Courier En Route or Out for Delivery)
No — addresses cannot be edited once a route is live.
If a courier is already:
- En route to pickup
- Out for delivery
Important Note:
- Address changes on live routes may result in delays or additional charges.
- Always verify delivery details before confirming a route to avoid disruptions.
