You can update the order ID as long as the order has not yet been released to the system.
Once the order has been released, whether it is waiting for a courier to accept it or a courier is already en route for pickup, no further updates can be made.
Updating Order IDs:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Locate the order and click Edit.
- Go to Delivery Information > Order ID.
- Update the Order ID as needed.
- Click Confirm Delivery to save your changes.
Important Note:
After updating the Order ID:
- You must re-download and reprint the label.
- Click Download Label and attach the new label to the package.
- Old labels should not be reused.
