You can monitor returned orders in two ways:
- Enable email and SMS notifications
- View return statuses directly in your Merchant Portal
Option 1: Enable Return Notifications
If you’d like to receive updates during the return process:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Admin > Locations > Manage > Contact > Notifications.
- Enable or disable email and SMS alerts for return updates as needed.
Once enabled, you’ll receive notifications as the return progresses.
Option 2: View Returned Orders in Your Portal
You can also check return statuses at any time directly from your dashboard:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Routes.
- Select Returns to view all returned orders.
- Use the search and filter tools if needed:
- Search by route ID or order ID
- Filter by status, date, or order IDs
Important Note: Using both notifications and the portal view ensures you stay informed in real time while also maintaining visibility into past returns.
