Cancelled orders remain available in your Merchant Portal so you can review them for reference, reporting, or follow-up as needed.
How to View Cancelled Orders
- Log in to your Trexity Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Routes
- Select Cancelled to view all cancelled routes and orders
- Use the search and filter tools to quickly find specific orders:
- Search by route ID or order ID
- Filter by status, date, or order ID
Good to know: Cancelled orders are retained for visibility and record-keeping, making it easier to track changes or review past activity.
