How do I view my scheduled orders?

Scheduled orders allow you to plan deliveries ahead of time. You can view and manage all scheduled orders directly from your Merchant Portal.

Viewing Scheduled Orders:

  1. Log in to your Trexity Merchant Portal
  2. Navigate to Routes
  3. Select Scheduled to view all of your scheduled routes and orders
  4. Use the search and filter tools to quickly find specific deliveries:
    • Search by route ID or order ID
    • Filter by status, date, or order ID

Good to know: Scheduled orders remain in this view until they are posted and move into active delivery status.
