Completed orders allow you to review deliveries that have been successfully finished. You can view and search all completed orders directly from your Merchant Portal.
How to View Completed Orders:
- Log in to your Trexity Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Routes
- Select Completed to view all of your completed routes and orders
- Use the search and filter tools to find specific deliveries:
- Search by route ID or order ID
- Filter by status, date, or order ID
Good to know: Completed orders remain available for reference, reporting, and reconciliation, making it easy to review past deliveries when needed.
