You can quickly duplicate a previous order to save time when creating similar deliveries. Duplicating an order copies all existing delivery details, allowing you to review and adjust them before confirming.
To Duplicate an Order
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Open the order you would like to duplicate.
- Click Duplicate (located on the left side of the order screen).
- Review the copied delivery details.
- Select the appropriate Service Level and Pickup Schedule.
- Click Save to confirm the new delivery.
- Download and print the new label (the original label cannot be reused).
Duplicating an order helps streamline repeat shipments while ensuring each delivery has its own unique tracking and label.
