The Gift Option allows you to send tracking updates to both the sender and the recipient. It ensures both parties stay informed throughout the delivery process.
There is no additional fee for selecting the Gift Option, regardless of the service level or pickup time selected.
What the Gift Option Includes:
- Tracking notifications sent to both the sender and recipient
- Delivery updates via email and SMS
- Clear identification of sender and recipient details on the order
How to Select the Gift Option:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Click New Delivery.
- Enter your delivery details.
- Scroll to Gift.
- Complete the required fields:
- Sender
- Recipient
- Recipient’s Name
- Recipient’s Phone Number
- Confirm your delivery.
Once enabled, both the sender and recipient will receive tracking notifications for the order.
