The maximum number of labels you can add per order is 20.
Each additional label costs $2.00 per label.
Adding or Updating Labels:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Open the order you want to update.
- Go to Delivery Information → Number of Labels.
- Adjust the quantity as needed.
- Confirm your changes.
Important Note: After updating the label count, you must re-download and reprint the labels to reflect the changes.
How to Reprint Labels:
- Open the updated order in your Merchant Portal.
- Click Download Label (top left corner).
- Print the new labels and attach them to the correct packages.
