What is the maximum number of labels allowed per order?

The maximum number of labels you can add per order is 20.

Each additional label costs $2.00 per label.

Adding or Updating Labels:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Portal.
  2. Open the order you want to update.
  3. Go to Delivery Information → Number of Labels.
  4. Adjust the quantity as needed.
  5. Confirm your changes.

Important Note: After updating the label count, you must re-download and reprint the labels to reflect the changes.

How to Reprint Labels:

  1. Open the updated order in your Merchant Portal.
  2. Click Download Label (top left corner).
  3. Print the new labels and attach them to the correct packages.
