Staff Users are assigned to one location only, typically the primary or designated store. As a result:
- They can only view deliveries associated with their assigned location
- Deliveries from other locations on the same account will not be visible
Important Note:
If a merchant operates three locations (downtown, midtown, and uptown):
- Each location should have its own assigned staff user(s)
- A single user will only have visibility into the location they are assigned to, as they are responsible for managing that specific location.
